Inspiration fuels our creativity and passion. I am inspired by many things, both the grand and mundane. Some may perceive the simple act of taking a walk as not being a big deal. But, following my husband’s freak accident in our driveway not long ago whereby he didn’t have the ability to walk for a while – I’m inspired by the sheer wonder of the human body. Over the years I’ve learned that the hip bone is most definitely connected to the thigh bone. There was a time when that song was funny – but, not anymore. I have a deep appreciation for God’s creation and how connected everything is indeed. More than we know.
GOD’s purpose for our lives is intentional in every way. We may sit next to someone on a flight to Los Angeles with a health concern and years later be connected to their child in a classroom. God’s chessboard is broad and magnificent, and HE moves the pieces of our lives in strategic ways that we may not learn for years to come. And, then sometimes, HE moves the piece suddenly and our lives are forever changed. Everything is connected.
Prioritize Inspiration. Go look for it. Seek it in quiet places, behind the curtains of our blah lies depths that will captivate our hearts and take our breath away.
